The Performance Acceleration Workshop is a 2 day intensive educational experience designed to boost all aspects of the attendees wedding MC and performance skills. Presented by wedding Master of Ceremonies, DJ & wedding industry educator and award winning Queensland DJ and Master of Ceremonies Andrew McCarron. This course has been specifically designed to meet the performance training needs of wedding MC’s & celebrants throughout Australia. If you want to learn more about performance skills the Perfromance Acceleration Workshop offers excellent training without having to make a commitment to fly overseas.
This workshop uses a variety of content delivery from facilitator presentation, performance, group critique, discussion and group brainstorming to video and text-based materials. The power in this workshop is the hands on performance approach with a ratio of 40% theory and 60% practical.
“I have based this workshop around my successful formula of providing the absolute best master of ceremonies service and creating a truely personalised wedding reception for my wedding clients. I will unpack every aspect of my performance in detail and examine what has allowed me to command a rate at least 4 times the industry average and how i deliver value far beyond my clients expectations.”

Your Presenter and Workshop Facilitator
As founder of AMC Events & Signature Wedding Entertainment, Andrew McCarron has proven himself to be one of the most requested DJ’s in the South East QLD area. In 1993 Andrew started his career in DJ’ing and fell in love with it. Performing at over 100 weddings and corporate events each year, Andrew has received rave reviews about his professionalism and service. He currently commands a rate at least 4 times the industry average. Andrew is an Accredited member of the Australian Bridal Industry Academy (ABIA). Andrew has presented to a number of DJ conferences and professional groups including Mobile Beat Las Vegas in 2011. My philosophy is that professional education and training is the key to success in any business. An investment in training is worth so much more than the same investment in marketing.
I believe that great things happen with a little imagination and that no dream is impossible. I embrace the creative spirit and value curiosity as the spark that ignites innovative ideas. I consantly monitor trends to be better capable of providing my clients with a creatively unique, entertainment experience.
